4 point inspections are typically done for insurance companies.  This type of home inspection covers four major systems in your house:  Roofing, AC /heat, electrical and plumbing.  We are certified 4 point inspectors.  4 point inspection are usually required for houses over 30 years old. It lets the insurance companies see what they are insuring.

General inspections are done typically in a buy or sell of a house.  These are full home inspections covering everything from the exterior to the interior of the house, plus your major systems in the house, Electrical, plumbing, AC /Heating and roofing. 11 month warranty inspections are typically done for new construction. Typically in new construction builder will give the buyer a unconditional warranty for 1 years. In the 11th month inspector will inspect the house for any defects including cosmetic or structural. 

Wind mitigation inspections are typically insurance inspections to lower the insurance companies' liability and you, the customer's liability. We check the roofing and the way it is attached to the structure. We also check window openings, doors, and garage door opening.  This inspection helps the insurance company to mitigate the expected damages to your house from a hurricane. This inspection helps reduce your insurance premium.
